PAYMENT& POLICIES

Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of JMD 3,000.

  • Deposits are applied to your final balance on the day of service.

  • Without a deposit, appointments are not confirmed.

  • A picture proof of payment must be sent to our WhatsApp

    . No transfer will be considered valid without proof.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will not be rebooked.

Late Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 15 minutes, a JMD 1,500 late fee will apply.

  • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

After-Hours Appointments

  • Requests outside of regular hours are subject to an after-hours fee (JMD 3,000 ).

Refunds & Guarantees

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • If you experience premature shedding within 48 hours, a complimentary touch-up may be offered at our discretion.

Client Requirements

  • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

  • Contact lenses must be removed prior to service.

  • For safety, we do not perform services on clients with eye infections, irritations, or open wounds near the eyes.

Children & Guests

  • To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are allowed in the service area.
