PAYMENT& POLICIES
Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of JMD 3,000.
All banking information can be in the booking email that you would've received after booking your appointment
Deposits are applied to your final balance on the day of service.
Without a deposit, appointments are not confirmed.
A picture proof of payment must be sent to our WhatsApp (876-524-8442) . No transfer will be considered valid without proof.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will not be rebooked.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, a JMD 1,500 late fee will apply.
After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
After-Hours Appointments
Requests outside of regular hours are subject to an after-hours fee (JMD 1,500 ).
Refunds & Guarantees
All services are non-refundable.
If you experience premature shedding within 48 hours, a complimentary touch-up may be offered at our discretion.
Client Requirements
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Contact lenses must be removed prior to service.
For safety, we do not perform services on clients with eye infections, irritations, or open wounds near the eyes.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are allowed in the service area.
