Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We operate by appointment only. Availability is listed in our booking system, usually between 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM. After-hours appointments may be available upon request with an additional fee.

Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: All appointments can be reserved through our online booking system. Simply select your desired service and time, submit your deposit, and your spot will be confirmed.

Q: Do I need to pay a retainer fee/deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit goes toward your service total.

Q: How can I pay my retainer fee/deposit?

Paying your deposit is quick and easy. Click the "Pay Deposit" button on our website or in your booking confirmation email. You will be redirected to our secure payment portal, powered by LASCO Financial Services, where you can conveniently complete your payment using a debit or credit card. Once your deposit has been received, your appointment will be confirmed.

Q: What if I’m running late?
A: We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a late fee applies. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

Q: Can I bring a guest or child?
A: For the comfort of all clients and to maintain a serene environment, no guests or children are allowed in the lash room.

Q: How long do lash extensions last?
A: With proper aftercare, lash extensions typically last 3–4 weeks before requiring a refill.

Q: Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
A: When applied correctly and cared for properly, lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes.

Q: Which set should I choose?
A: Each set is designed with a unique style, from subtle to high-glam. If you’re unsure, we recommend booking a consultation so we can suggest the best look for your eye shape and lifestyle.

Policies

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

Q: What if I need a touch-up?
A: If you experience premature shedding within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us. A complimentary fix may be offered at our discretion.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments. Bank transfer details are provided in your booking confirmation email or you can request it after booking.

Aftercare

Q: How should I care for my lash extensions?
A: Avoid water, steam, and oils for the first 8 hours. Cleanse your lashes daily with your facial cleanser/ soap and brush them gently to maintain retention.

Q: Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
A: Mascara is not recommended, as it can weaken the adhesive bond and shorten the life of your extensions.

Q: How often should I schedule refills?
A: Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and the desired look.
